MUKHAS AMBASSADORS: Natalie
“Yoga has helped me rebuild myself when I didn´t even know I was broken. I began to teach with the simple idea that I wanted everyone to feel as good as I feel having yoga in my life, as such all I want to achieve is to pass on the passion and share the love of yoga”
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOURSELF?
I would describe myself as yogi that takes pleasure in helping others, helping them to find peace and happiness in their lives through offering them genuine kindness and smiles.
I am an inquisitive soul who will never stop learning and a loving individual that never stops hugging (especially to my beautiful dog, Max)
WHY DO YOU IDENTIFY WITH MUKHAS? FAVOURITE MALA?
I identify with Mukhas as it provokes a positive feeling in me, I have looked at many mala brands and none inspired me to buy, but the intention of Mukhas to help others and to share the positivity that this world naturally creates for us through seeds, stones and gems caught my attention and made me feel like a kindred spirit.
My favourite Mala is the Garnet Cephei Mala. Attracting love and rejecting negative energy is the basis of how we should all operate and think, and how I like to live.
But also I Feel Fearless, as I need this reminder when I practice as sometimes I confront a posture that scares me to my very soul.
HOW DID YOGA STARTED IN YOUR LIFE, AND HOW NOWADAYS YOU MADE A PASSION YOUR PROFESSION?
Yoga came into my life by accident, I was teaching very high energetic and dynamic classes and one day I just tried a class.
I instantly fell in love.
Yoga has helped me rebuild myself when I didn´t even know i was broken. I began to teach with the simple idea that I wanted everyone to feel as good as I feel having yoga in my life, as such all I want to achieve is to pass on the passion and share the love of yoga.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE ASANA? WHEN AND HOW YOU USE MALAS IN YOUR PRACTICE?
My favourite asana is handstands, I LOVE handstands, they make me feel alive and they turn my energy upside down!
When you balance perfectly it almost feels like it could be a meditative place to be. Malas in my practice are used next to me on my mat to encourage or provoke whatever energy, feeling, intention I need to promote, plus during breath work and chanting.
I love chanting on mala beads as each one feels individual as you count, just as each time you repeat your line of chant it feels different from the last as you slip into meditation.
A MANTRA WITH WHICH YOU GUIDE WITH:
My individual mantra, which I have taken from conversations with my teacher is that
Its the spaces between the breath where the magic happens, in difficult times or just times in general. This grounds me and brings me back to me.
